I am a huge fan of quick meals. There isn’t much quicker nor more filling than ramen noodles. Yet those tiny packs of season have a zillion grams of sodium. It is also hard to find vegan ones. There are a couple but they are hard to find in my experience. Besides everyone knows homemade is far better.
Sweet Chili Ramen
1 brick of ramen noodles
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 c. Water
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Sweetener to taste, I used 1/8 cup of sugar.
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add everything else and cook until tender, stirring frequently.

I am a vegan that believes in great tasting food that the whole family with love. These recipes are approved by my 10 year old omni child, so you know its good. They are also wallet friendly. I am not at all rich so I have to watch my pennies. Like an omni diet, a vegan one can be very expensive if you gravitate toward all fresh foods and especially the veg based meats and cheeses. I buy these things, but only enough for one "meat" meal a week (sort of a reverse meatless Monday but its all meatless) and I make the cheese and butters stretch. Good wholesome food mixed with facts that you can stomach... Thats my vegan way.
